As president of Anavon Technology Group, Russ has transformed the telecommunications landscape in Northern Michigan. With 22 years in the industry, and having built a company that services over 3,500 local businesses, Russ has the professional experience and knowledge to provide you and your business with all of it's telecommunications needs.

As Vice President, Michael manages the scheduling, procedure implementation, and future expansion plans for Anavon. Additionally, Michael is responsible for ensuring that cost effective operations and infrastructure are in place, and develops highly productive relationships and partnerships for the benefit of Anavon.

An entrepreneur at heart, John was once the co-owner of a company that provided P2P data and internet services to businesses throughout Northern Michigan. His experience in both provisioning and sales helps our customers not only find the perfect solution for their telecom needs, but also the continued support after the sale ensuring that our customers are always happy.

With a diverse background in sales and marketing, combined with over 20 years of telecommunications experience, Jim has the ability and knowledge to serve your company with all of it's telecommunications needs.

Mark's vast knowledge of our product line enhances his ability to help determine the products that will improve your business efficiency. Through a brief conversation to assess what technology products you already currently use, Mark will work with our sales team to provide your business with a seamless solution.

As Anavon's IT Manager, Cody is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting the products and services we provide our customers. His wealth of knowledge in all of the products and services we offer allows him to meet with our customers and provide the best, affordable options for their businesses, while assisting in the deployment of those solutions.

As our bookkeeper, Tressa communicates directly with our customers and vendors. Her exceptional organizational skills, communication skills, and a passion for patient customer service make Tressa a true asset to the Anavon Team.

As a customer service representative, Amber answers many of the phone calls that come through our office each day. If you require the addition or changing of services, system programming changes, or would like to order additional equipment, Amber is our go-to professional.

Carrie is one of our newest employees and will likely be the welcoming voice you hear when you call Anavon. Carrie is in charge of answering phones, assisting our hosted customers with programming questions or changes, and updating all of our client records.

Reed is our smartphone, tablet, gaming system, and computer repair Guru, working everyday to keep our customers happy with fast, affordable, and reliable service! With our move into smartphone insurance repairs, it's very likely that you will see Reed in your home or business, repairing your smartphone device back to health.

Bruce heads up our Technology Center in Traverse City, helping to provide the latest and greatest products for your smartphones and computers. Whether you are looking for smartphone repair, computer repair, or accessories for all ``smart`` technology, Bruce is your go-to professional.

Chad is a key asset to our company - he is responsible for qualifying leads and prospects for our sales team, building a solid inside sales/lead generation team, and ensuring that our customers information is captured in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

As our Senior Lead Technician, Jeff has the knowledge and experience to work on virtually all phone systems. With a wall of certifications, Jeff is qualified to service your phone system, provide and install new phone systems, along with running cable, cross connecting, and installing paging systems.

Ben brings to our team 10 years of experience in cabling, cross connecting phone systems, and data networking. From jack installations and patch panel implementations, to identifying and resolving complex telecommunications issues for a variety of end users, Ben is capable of handling it all.

Mike has a diverse background in telecommunications, and is our legacy system specialist. From telephone systems to nurse call systems, Mike is a well-rounded field technician with the experience to provide solutions for any technology problems your business may be facing.

Rodney has a long history of networking and IT experience that he brings to the Anavon team. His assistance in the field is invaluable as he lends his experience and knowledge to his fellow technicians and quickly learns our new technology offerings. In the office, Rodney will be assisting our IT department with the rapidly growing list of businesses switching to Anavon's No-Contract IT services.
