As Anavon's IT Manager, Cody is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting the products and services we provide our customers. His wealth of knowledge in all of the products and services we offer allows him to meet with our customers and provide the best, affordable options for their businesses, while assisting in the deployment of those solutions.
As our bookkeeper, Tressa communicates directly with our customers and vendors. Her exceptional organizational skills, communication skills, and a passion for patient customer service make Tressa a true asset to the Anavon Team.
As a customer service representative, Amber answers many of the phone calls that come through our office each day. If you require the addition or changing of services, system programming changes, or would like to order additional equipment, Amber is our go-to professional.
Jenn comes from an extensive background in customer service. Whether you need to place an order, upgrade your account, make adds/moves/changes, or request information regarding your account, Jenn warmly greets and assists all of our existing and new customers.
The always friendly voice answering the phone will more than likely be Kristina. She may answer the phone as ``KK``, but know that you will be recieving the best customer service under her care. Kristina is incredibly knowledgeable about the Hosted platform, customer records, and you may even meet her in the field as a phone system trainer.
Reed is currently attending NMC while assisting us in various fields, from performing technician work like running cable and installing telephone systems, to working with Nathan in our Technology Center. He has expanded his skills to include smartphone and tablet repair, along with gaming console diagnostic and repair.
Drew joined our team in 2018 to help assist with our rapidly growing smartphone and computer repair department. Outside of his experience in performing smartphone and computer repair, Drew also sold wireless mobility solutions, and worked for a data backup provider. He is a well-rounded employee and an asset to our repair department.
Chad is a key asset to our company - he is responsible for qualifying leads and prospects for our sales team, building a solid inside sales/lead generation team, and ensuring that our customers information is captured in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
As our Senior Lead Technician, Jeff has the knowledge and experience to work on virtually all phone systems. With a wall of certifications, Jeff is qualified to service your phone system, provide and install new phone systems, along with running cable, cross connecting, and installing paging systems.
Ben brings to our team 10 years of experience in cabling, cross connecting phone systems, and data networking. From jack installations and patch panel implementations, to identifying and resolving complex telecommunications issues for a variety of end users, Ben is capable of handling it all.
Ken has a real attention to detail, and a work ethic to match. Ken brings to our team a knowledge in premise based phone systems, structured cabling, and network cabling organization. Having only joined Anavon recently, Ken has been quick to pick up our surveillance installation processes, and VoIP services.
Mike has a diverse background in telecommunications, and is our legacy system specialist. From telephone systems to nurse call systems, Mike is a well-rounded field technician with the experience to provide solutions for any technology problems your business may be facing.
